Happy September 1st...we are getting a little closer to fall every day!

Another day of great rains for counties to the west, SW and NW of San Antonio. Our stationary front in the northern Hill Country continues to spark storms today. We should see more activity for all of south and south-central Texas tomorrow and Tuesday as the low pressure off the coast drifts south, allowing for more moisture to feed in from the east. The low will finally drift onshore by late Tuesday, keeping good rain chances for Wednesday and Thursday as well. By late in the week, high pressure builds in from the west, drying us up for the following week unless a tropical something moves into the Gulf.

If you have been lucky enough to have recorded some rain today, please let us know!
