Yesterday's tropical poppers really added to our storm totals! My weather station in NW Bexar County recorded more rain yesterday than the day before, giving me a storm total of 1.55 inches. I noticed quite a few locations in our western counties did well, along with the Hill Country. While not lake filling, any of these rains will help ease drought conditions and hopefully activate some creeks that have been dry.
I'll have a post out this afternoon in regard to our next potential tropical system brewing in the southern Gulf and the week ahead.
