Well, I guess if you are in the construction business, own a cactus nursery or enjoy summer oozing into October, you'll love this forecast!

We have another potential storm brewing in the Carribean with a 50% chance of developing into another tropical storm or hurricane over the next 7days, but most of the models are once again forecasting this system to head towards Florida...just what they don't need! Still too early to know for sure but based on the huge ridge that is dominating the western part of the country, this possible storm will have very little chance of heading towards Texas.

Other than that, look for potentially record setting highs next week, with upper-90's in the forecast. On a positive note, it will be less humid, and our morning lows will be in the upper 60's to low 70's thanks mainly to less daylight this time of the year.

I'm still not seeing a pattern change or a decent cool front on the horizon.
