Rollercoaster temperatures are on the way!

It’s a chilly day out there with most locations in the 40’s and 50’s under mostly cloudy skies. Temperatures will drop a little tonight into the 30’s and 40’s, then rise into the 50’s and 60’s on Friday. By Saturday we’ll see 70’s and some 80’s ahead of our next front. Then it’s back to the 30’s and 40’s again for lows on Sunday and even chillier on Monday morning with lows in the 20’s and 30’s! But wait, it quickly warms up into the 70’s again on Tuesday before our next, even more powerful front (arctic) zooms through Tuesday night! By next Wednesday (the 19th), it’s back to the 20’s and 30’s again, along with wind! Some locations in the Hill Country may struggle to get above freezing on Wednesday and just for fun, some of the models are throwing in a little moisture just to make things more exciting. For now, it looks like sleet or freezing rain instead of snow, but we are still almost a week out, it’s far too early to know for sure right now.
