Looking good...short and long term!

While it will still be warm and mostly dry today and tomorrow, by Monday, a mid-level low will move into Texas from the Gulf, giving south and south-central Texas daily rain chances. The bigger rain totals will fall along the coast and the coastal plains from this system, but with the Hell High moving NE of us into Nebraska and Missouri, our rain window will be open and less hot temperatures will be in place for at least 7-10 days! By Labor Day weekend, another low may move into Texas with even better rain totals. While the tropics remain quiet, if anything does develop, there would be greater odds for a tropical something moving into our area with high pressure to our north.

Below are the latest greatest models and other info!
