Hints of another rain event in about a week!
3-29-25. 2:45pm. After a foggy and misty start to the morning, we are finally starting to see some sun this afternoon. Tomorrow will start out cloudy with a slight and tiny chance for some thunderstorms in the Hill Country in the morning. For the rest of the week, we'll see highs in the 80's and 90's with lows mainly in the 60's.
By next weekend, a trough will dig into the west (a good thing for where I live in SW CO) and another upper-level low may move into Texas again. At this time, we could see decent rain odds from late Friday through Monday the 7th.
The 6-10 and 8-14day outlooks from the CPC put us in better than even odds for above normal precipitation and in the 8-14day outlook, better than even odds for below normal temperatures!

A warm front and an approaching cool front will give the Hill Country a tiny chance for some thunderstorms tomorrow morning.
