Thanks to some dry air that moved in this morning, temperatures have risen to the 80's and even some 90's along the border. Temperatures will be cooler tomorrow, with highs in the 70's. A cool front will move through our area on Sunday night and early Monday morning, giving us another chance for rain. The Hill Country will have another decent chance for rain again with this system...unfortunately, the rain odds for south Texas look like almost zero. As of this post, most of the rain will stay north of HWY 90 and I-10 east. The risk for severe weather will stay mainly to our north.
The rest of next week looks seasonal with lows in the 50's and highs in the 70. Our next rain event is starting to look like it could arrive during the first week of April...I'm hoping it's gone by solar eclipse day of April 8th! I'll have an eclipse forecast out this weekend.
