I know I'm sounding like a broken record, but with our lack of anything happening weather wise, I'm forced to repeatedly forecast "hot with almost zero chances of rain for the next week"!
It is still looking promising for an upper-level low to drift into Texas from the east around the 24th, but the models continue to not put much faith in this being much of a rainmaker. And then there is the oddly quiet tropics (except for Ernesto).
