Before we talk about our never-ending drought, let's talk about a chance for rain around the 20th. Models are still thinking we could see an upper-level low move through the state between the 20th and the 24th, boosting our rain odds. We are still 10 days out, so models will be changing daily.
On the drought subject, despite some rain in the Hill Country last week, conditions continue to get worse. I have all of the latest drought info below, with comparisons to the beginning of the year and even last year at this time.
